TKG has the expertise to fulfill all the event management and communications needs of clients through our experience and our capabilities. Following is a description of the work we do for two of our clients that may be of interest:

For the 1,400 member Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE), TKG provides total day-to-day management support for all of the organization's activities.

When TKG assumed management of AIMSE over seven years ago, one of the first projects we undertook was to plan and conduct a strategic planning session for the board of directors. Out of this session came a mission statement and definitive objectives for the association, as well as short and long-term programs and projects.

AIMSE sponsors two U.S. and two international conferences per year. For these conferences we work closely with the designated AIMSE board member to plan and execute the programs. In addition, we design the promotional materials and handle all meeting logistics including hotel contracting, catering, registration and on-site meeting coordination.

TKG also manages the AIMSE Wharton Investment Institute, an advanced, highly intensive, interactive, week-long program designed specifically for members as an investment management sales executive. This special Institute is held in January on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania at the renowned Wharton School, offering over twenty different custom designed courses in both finance and marketing.

TKG also provides all membership development and record keeping for the Association. We have developed a new membership recruitment program including a new membership packet for the Association. We have grown the membership of the Association by more than 10 percent per year. We also are responsible for all financial record keeping for AIMSE and have instituted an in-depth budgeting and accounting procedure designed specifically for AIMSE. In addition, we have re-designed all external materials for the association including developing a new logo and new marketing pieces. We also developed and maintain AIMSE's web site and produce the association's newsletter, the Advisor.
