Norbert Kraich, President

Norbert formed The Kraich Group, LLC in 1997. He brings to his firm the experience in managing national communications and marketing programs for clients such as The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, Household Bank, The Marriott Corporation, Browning Ferris Industries and The American Concrete Pipe Association.

Before forming TKG, Norbert was Senior Vice President at Nichols o Dezenhall where he was responsible for all meeting planning, educational program and association management business. Prior to this, Norbert was vice president and account group manager in the Washington headquarters office of Doremus Porter Novelli (DPN). For six years prior to his affiliation with DPN, Norbert was senior vice president for the national firm, Manning, Selvage & Lee.

Norbert has extensive experience in meeting planning and association management in the corporate and professional and trade association arena. He began his career as a staff member of a financial trade association and has served numerous regional and national trade associations over the years in a variety of capacities including meeting planning, communications, and association management and as a contracted executive director.

Norbert is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary's College and has earned a graduate certificate in Masters of Public Relations from The American University.

 

Pam Svendsen, Vice President

Pam is responsible for supervision of all day-to-day activities of TKG's clients. This includes meeting planning as well as all membership, financial and logistical details to keep the associations we manage actively serving their members. She is also responsible for supervision of all meeting and conference planning details, association membership development activities and promotional mailings and supervises the production of client publications.

Prior to joining TKG, Pam was a Senior Counselor at Nicholas-Dezenhall for five years. Prior to this, Pam was a Marketing Representative and Administrative Assistant at the Charles E. Smith Companies of Washington, DC. Pam is a graduate of James Madison University with a degree in communications and a concentration in public relations.

 

Stanley P. Prisco, CPA, Financial Director

Stan is responsible for all financial programs at TKG. This includes all financial details of client activities including record keeping, budgeting, billing and vendor relations. In addition, Stan provides profit and loss statements for all client programs that start with accurate budgeting and finish with a complete financial review of the client activity.

Stan's experience includes positions with a Big 6 firm, Touche Ross & Co., manager, corporate reporting for a New York Stock Exchange firm and he served as comptroller for a privately held company before joining TKG.

Stan is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Scranton University and has earned his CPA.



Jennifer K. Smith, Director, Meeting Planning Consultant

At TKG, Jeni is responsible for all meetings logistics. She works closely with the client, the meeting venue and with program presenters to assure all goals are achieved. She offers a vast knowledge of meeting strategy development and successful conference management.

Jeni has worked in the meeting management and planning industry for three years and has extensive experience in all aspects of conference planning and management. She has managed and coordinated meetings varying in size from ten to 1,500+ attendees.

Prior to joining TKG, Jeni served as Associate Director of Conference Services for the Mechanical Contractors Association of America. She started her meeting-planning career in 1997 as the Meetings Manager for the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association.

Jeni is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in communications with a concentration on marketing.



Susan Frensilli Williams, Creative Design Consultant

Susan has over 14 years of communication experience with professional membership associations. She directs her own firm, Parrott Publishing, and works closely with TKG to develop, design and produce our association client's marketing, membership and promotional materials.

 

Kathryn Sollmann, Editorial Consultant

A marketing communications and conference programming consultant specializing in the financial services area, Kathryn writes promotional materials and newsletters for TKG.

Before reinstating her consulting business, Kathryn spent two years as the SVP and Managing Editor of Investors Press, Inc., a small, growing publishing company she co-founded in 1994.

As a consultant for nearly 20 years, Kathryn has worked with a wide range of DC and DB clients, including Institutional Investor, Fortune, J.P. Morgan, Alliance Capital Management, Credit Suisse Asset Management The Bank of New York and Morningstar, among many others.
